Reservation Policy

We recommend that you book your service at least one week in advance. All scheduled reservations need to be paid in full 48 hours before the pick-up time, or the shuttle will be cancelled at midnight the day before.

Cancellation Policy

If you have paid and cancel your reservation before 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be refunded the full amount of the fare. Cancellations of service within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a 50% refund of the fare.

Luggage Policy

Our service can accommodate up to two large suitcases and up to four small to medium suitcases per trip. For special equipment, such as skis, snow boards, or other sport equipment, or if you have questions about the luggage policy, please call our office to discuss at 575-449-4733.
